Achieve Your True Potential is a mental health/counseling practice dedicated to creating sub-conscious change. Our practice is composed of licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Clinical Counselors with specialized training to effectively work with trauma, anxiety, depression and managing daily stressors.
Our Therapists offer counseling services in English, Spanish, Polish and Tagalog.
We want everyone to be able to benefit from our services; therefore all of our therapists have a sliding scale fee. Additionally, our intern offers low fee counseling.
