Liz Cortes, weight loss personal trainer and San Diego Nutrition Coach empoweres women to kick sugar cravings and get stronger through working out at the gym or at home. Her passion for fitness began when her gymnastics coach didn't show up to practice when she was 14, she jumped up and coached her first gymnastic class. She continued with athletics in Track and Field at The University of New Mexico while she received two degrees. The first with a B.A. in Exercise Science. The second with a B.A. in Nutrition and Dietetics. Now, she lives in San Diego and enjoys teaching classes in some local gyms and coaching clients to lose weight through creating new fitness and nutrition habits.
